A family room, laundry, expanded office and patio were added to the first floor of the Weinstein residence. The renovated kitchen now extends into the new addition. On the upper story the master bedroom is complemented by a bath complete with soaking tub.  A new hall bath was also added. All exterior finishes, insulation, and windows were upgraded.

An indoor endless pool was added the following year.
